Accommodation: Comfortable living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with flat screen digital TV/DVD, cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, toaster.

Two en-suite bedrooms with zip and link single beds one creating a six foot and the other a five foot double bed. All bedding and duvets provided.

One of the bedrooms has a large wet room which is accessible by a wheel chair, Both en suites have showers, a W.C., wash basin, shaver socket, heated towel rail and fan heaters.

There is also a separate sun lounge with magnificent views towards Blencathra, Keswick and beyond.

You will have the run of the large, well tended gardens at Near Howe with many secluded seating areas.

There is a large separate laundry, in which you have the use of two washing machines a tumble dryer, and two drying cabinets, which are all coin operated (£1 for 1 hour).

Steve and Jill have decided to call the new luxury ground floor apartment Bannerdale after Bannerdale Crags, the most impressive arc of crags in the Lake District, which are located just behind Souther Fell on the way to Blencathra.
