Saddleback Barn (sleeps 7) is an outstanding property situated in a superb position with spectacular views. Furnished, decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Perched on the hillside and retaining many of its old original features, the converted barn provides every modern-day comfort. It is rare to find a three-bedroom property, all with en-suite bedrooms, in such a delightful, picturesque setting and still so close to the 'hub of the North Lakes'.

Saddleback Barn has been thoughtfully designed to provide the following centrally heated accommodation.

Ground Floor - Double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, W.C., spotlights and with a view to Saddleback mountain. There is a family bedroom with double and single beds, shower room with W.C., and hand basin. The bedroom has a view down the valley to Mungrisdale and Caldbeck Fells. There is a boiler/store room which is ideal for drying out your walking or fishing clothes, etc.

First Floor - Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, hand basin and W.C. Large open plan lounge/kitchen area, with a wealth of exposed beams and featuring a wall with 200 year old bricks colour TV, Video and 'Nicam' music centre. Stunning views to North and West.

Kitchen Area - Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with gas hob, fridge and freezer and spotlights.

You will have the run of the large, well tended garden of Near Howe Hotel and also have the use of the well stocked bar in the hotel in the evenings.

There is one large laundry, in which you have the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, which are coin operated.
