Services, oil fired central heating, all fuel and power included in rent. TV, video, music centre, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.

You will have the run of the large, well tended garden of Near Howe Hotel and also have the use of the well stocked bar in the hotel in the evenings.

There is one large laundry, in which you have the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, which are coin operated.
