Liability & Privacy Policy – Cottages and Campervans

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury unless caused by proven negligent act or omission of ourselves, our employees or contractors, or agents of the same, whilst acting in the course of their employment. This includes loss or damage to vehicles and their contents, and to the personal possessions you bring with you.

Termination

We reserve the right to forthwith terminate any letting in the event that the guests or any of their party cause any deliberate or negligent damage to the cottage being let, behaves in such a way to cause or constitute a nuisance to adjoining properties or has more than the maximum number of guests staying in the cottage. In such cases the hirer shall remain liable for the cost of any damage or outstanding rental and shall not be entitled to a refund.

Complaints

Should you find any faults or have any complaints during your stay, please advise us of these immediately so that any appropriate action can be taken. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration.
